Exchanges: If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item as outlined below and place a new order.

Refunds: You may return any product for a refund within 14 days of ordering.

If you wish to send an item back for refund, please email orders@mfit.co.nz with your order number & reason for return and we will give you the address to send back to. We appreciate a copy of your original order included with the return.

Items must be returned unused, unaltered, unwashed and in original condition.

Original shipping/ handling charges are not refundable.

Postage costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed only in the case of faulty goods. Please use only track/trace to send back items as they remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back to M Fit.

Provided your package arrives at M Fit within the 14 day time frame and in original condition, your refund will be processed as soon as possible using the method in which you originally paid.

Faulty Goods: If you receive a faulty or incorrect garment please contact us by emailing orders@mfit.co.nz and we will arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
